**Job Description:**

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward looking group as we continue to expand our footprint around the world, our technology, and our talent pool.Key individual contributor to the Wire Transfer Technology team within GBAM T&O. Responsible for leading the collective work of various teams to the successful delivery of technology in support of the Wire Transfer payments business unit. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to coordinate delivery of software application. May have responsibilities for application risk management deliverables. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking, facilitating and reporting on overall release timeline (often to senior levels of management); ensuring requirements and deliverables for each release are fully documented and traceable within the timeline developed; facilitate production deployment planning, monitoring, reporting and post-deployment support. 5-7 years of applicable experience desired.

**Required Skills:**

+ Undergraduate Degree in technology and/or business

+ Strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management in a distributed/global environment

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Motivated and a quick learner

+ Ability to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization

+ Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight

+ Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking

+ Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding

+ Curious mind well-versed in one or more programming languages

**Desired Skills:**

+ Pega PRPC certification

+ Knowledgeable in Unix / Linux

+ Knowledgeable in SQL (Oracle).

+ Work experience in Financial Services / Banking

+ Work experience in a global organization
