We are currently seeking anTechnical Service Rep.

Acts as liaison between customer and management, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds customers expectations. Reviews work ticket with customer and obtains signature, thus ensuring prompt payment for services rendered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains contact with customers served by their assigned district.
  • Obtains signed work ticket for each job performed.
  • Seeks feedback from customer regarding customer satisfaction, job performance, and future opportunities to serve customer.
  • Maintains constant communication with District Manager regarding customer satisfaction, as well as future job opportunities.
  • Assists District Manager in scheduling and coordinating jobs, ensuring that proper equipment and personnel are present to deliver services as negotiated.
  • Works to maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Utilizes technical knowledge and experience to assist customer in finding solutions to well problems.
  • Communicates with Business Development Representative and District Manager on all job leads in his area of responsibility.
  • Utilizes company vehicle to pick up and deliver company assets not regulated by DOT.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Fishing and Rental preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years oilfield experience, preferred.
  • Customer service skills and experience required.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with people.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • An associate or bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of oil field experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in a
    supervisory or managerial position.
  • Completion of Leadership or Specialized Management Training is a plus.
  • Knowledge of company and governmental rules and regulations relative to the industry.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas environment.
  • Ability to analyze and assess financial reports.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working
    relationships with inside and outside contacts.
  • Interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
