Technology Solution Delivery Product Owner

**Job Description:**



This position will be responsible for driving solutions and strategy within the ATM products space leveraging both Agile and waterfall methodologies. He/she will be expected to rapidly develop expertise in ATM products with understanding of core functionality as well as upstream and downstream functionality and dependencies. This person will work closely with business and technical partners and external vendors to drive change from ideation through delivery. He/she will translate business objectives into user storiesand requirementsthen work with technical teams to groom andprioritize features/storiesfor deployment. He/she will be responsible for managing project financials and assisting with estimation for new work. Acts as an individual contributor with matrix management responsibilities for work teams. Assists with identification and implementation of process improvements.



+ Work closely with partners (line of business, technology, operations, fraud, vendors etc.) to ensure requirements and risks are understood and accounted for

+ Work with partners to understand historic and emerging risks and develop mitigation strategies

+ Work closely with ATM technology leads for tactical planning and resourcing

+ Advise partners of risk/reward tradeoffs in prioritizing features/stories

+ Report progress of projects/features to project teams and managers

+ Escalate issues and risks to ensure timely completion and remediation

+ Balance multiple priorities/ projects

+ Manages all aspects of projects including budgets, quality deliverables, reporting



**Position requires**



+ 7+ years of technical projectmanagement experience

+ Experience managingwork efforts using both waterfall and Agile development methodologies

+ Ability to lead matrixed teams to drive to results

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain a network of working partners

+ Ability to think quickly and make connections to previous experiences and across organizations/ technologies

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

+ Comfort working in a fast changing environment with competing priorities

+ Ability to instill confidence with business and technical partners

+ Process improvement and design experience preferred

+ Bank of America experience preferred

+ Strong technical background preferred

+ ATM or related industry experience preferred
