**Job Description:**



Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.



This role is part of the Global Banking Fulfillment & Servicing Technology team for a Quality Assurance Lead. This role will lead and direct SQA resources supporting Wholesale Fulfillment & Servicing SQA teams. The QA Lead will oversee all aspects of the QA function, including leading SQA team members (onsite and offshore), ensuring overall software quality is monitored and maintained, establish QA standards and procedures. These responsibilities extend to providing management oversight, and scheduling coordination for QA activities performed by the QA Team. Will have significant interaction with technology stakeholders, global teams and business partners. Fosters stable support framework for development teams in the area of quality assurance.



+ Lead SQA teams in a globalized distributed model consisting of contractors and strategic partner resources

+ Partner with development and product owners to deliver effective and reliable test suites in Fulfillment and Servicing application environments; oversee test planning, execution and coordination efforts while insuring optimal test strategies are upheld.

+ Identify opportunities for team collaboration, automation and resource capacity/productivity improvement efforts

+ Drives and facilitates ongoing process improvement efforts to insure test planning, execution, and reporting are accurate, effective and efficient.

+ Develop test strategies which enable and foster quality assurance

+ Leverage RAFT framework and SDM approved tooling in support of automated regression and 1st pass Automation test strategy

+ Lead/Partner in regression testing efforts of large upstream initiatives/conversions

+ Solving how to gather data more efficiently in support of Agile sprint teams e2e

+ Collaborate across peer organizations to drive consistency in approach to testing.

+ Ability to have technical conversations with development resources and senior level executives

+ Facilitates across multiple areas (business, operations, technology)

+ Should be comfortable working with senior technology stakeholders.

+ Results-oriented self-starter with collaborative mindset and a passion for technology.
