**Job Description:**

The Corporate Treasury Finance team is part of the CFO organization. The primary focus of the team is providing various financial and accounting services in support of the Corporate Treasury group pertaining to forecasting/stress testing, daily P&L attribution, management reporting/analysis and funds transfer pricing. The Initiatives team within Treasury Finance focuses on implementing and leading change in support of Enterprise and Treasury specific strategic priorities including, but not limited to: Operational Excellence/Process Reengineering, strategic system solution design and/or implementation, regulatory rule adoption, closure of audit issues, enablement of new products/programs and execution capabilities.

Specifically, this role will support various strategic initiatives balancing the accountability for execution and timely delivery with the value-add of applying strategic thinking to such matters while influencing other personnel towards positive outcomes without formal authority. The incumbent will be expected to provide subject matter expertise, engage across teams fluidly as needed, deploy an understanding of line functions, project manage and formulate updates to stakeholders as needed. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure across a broad set of Treasury activities and products, become familiar with end-to-end infrastructure used to support those activities, and engage and develop effective working relationships with business partners both within Treasury Finance, throughout Treasury more broadly and external to Treasury.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

+ BS/BA (Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred) or related experience

+ 7+ years of financial industry/banking experience

+ 5+ years of experience with Fixed Income product (derivatives, securities, fx, etc.)

+ 2+ years of experience with treasury/money market/banking book products (loans, deposits, repo, etc.)

+ Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of timely, consistent, rapid and effective delivery

+ Effective at partnering with other departments

+ Ability to work both independently and in collaborative manner

+ Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills

+ Ability to defend position, recommendations or actions to peers and senior stakeholders

+ Ability to solve problems and think logically/strategically about the end-to-end process and infrastructure

+ Extensive experience with controls particularly with the Finance or Middle Office type of domain

**Desired Skills & Experience:**

+ Experience with BAML systems/technology platforms

+ Experience with Excel and data manipulation

+ Experience supporting Global Markets/Treasury function in a Finance, Middle Office or Change Management capacity

+ Adaptability to learn Emerging Technologies (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, SQL) to aid with process reengineering proposals

+ Background/experience with offshoring processes would be beneficial

+ Basic experience/knowledge of FAS133 hedge accounting would be beneficial

+ Basic knowledge/understanding of the Treasury Accounting Geography (AFS/HTM/Mortgage Banking Income/HR Expense) would be beneficial

+ CFA/CPA would be beneficial
