**Job Description:**

Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Global Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking or Small Business Banking clients. Partner closely with client-facing teammates in GBAM to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.

+ Support the USD Payment Sales Specialist (PSS)to deliver on the strategy to grow USDC sales globally

+ Manage client presentation process

+ Support PSS with completion of deliverables after visiting clients in regions outside the US

+ Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities to win market share

+ Use internal and external sources

+ Conduct interviews

+ Analyze payment data to identify trends and opportunities

+ SWIFT mt103/202s flows to/from US / countries

+ Internal flows received/sent via FED/CHIPS

+ Support TSO in all regions respond to USD RFP/RFI and win mandates

+ Provide local TSO with customized USDC sales pitches

+ Working closely with USD Product

+ Coordination between US resources and local sales team

+ Coordinate meetings between senior BAML management and foreign banks personnel visiting the US

+ Liaise with client TSO to ensure BAML management are appropriately briefed

+ Work with TSO in major financial centers (NY, London, Miami, HK, Singapore, etc) to pith USDC to foreign bank branches

Required Skills:

+ Candidate must have an understanding industry challenges and requirements in the USD clearing space

+ Strong knowledge of AML, compliance & KYC in particular as these apply to banks

+ Must be driven and have demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to secure business

+ 3+ years experience in serving and selling sophisticated treasury solutions to FIG clients (USD Clearing a must)

+ Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends

+ Collaborative approach to business in support of close team environment

+ Ability to function effectively under time pressure as an individual contributor

+ Excellent presentation skills (including creating external client pitches)

+ Excellent analytical skills

+ Strong Executive presence both internally/externally

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to travel domestic and international

Desired Skills:

+ Knowledge of GTS products and services

+ USD Clearing product knowledge (including Auto convert and FX payment related products)

+ Undergraduate degree
