Treasury Solutions Analyst

**Job Description:**



The Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA) is responsible for identifying potential solutions to customer needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification under the direction of the Treasury Team (TSO/TSM/Manager). Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals. Functions may include: routing customer request to the appropriate Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) for further analysis; utilizing technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; conferring with Treasury Sales Officer regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation; Preparing presentation documents and assisting TSOs in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan and pipeline as needed; supporting and coordinating schedules for Treasury Reviews and Relationship Reviews and assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolution of treasury problems referred. Partners and facilitates by trouble shooting on treasury related Service Center issues as well as responding to questions from the Service Center; obtaining appropriate approval for selected products and ensuring ongoing compliance and monitoring risk related to products and services; performing a variety of a variety of functions to include preparing schematics, proposal documents, packages, and presentation. The TSA will learn to be proficient in the usage of GFO/GFS Implementation Process, Navigator, Account Analysis, DDA (BOSS/FAST), Infinity and others. Some local travel is necessary.



**REQUIRED SKILLS**



+ Exposure to treasury management products and services is preferred; prior treasury sales support experience preferred.

+ Exposure to International products and services preferred.

+ Time Management - Skilled in prioritizing tasks and recognizing importance of risk mitigation.

+ Ability to work well under pressure

+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, to work with varied business partners.

+ Commitment to the highest standard of customer service.

+ Strong organizational and partnering skills.

+ Experience in preparation of RFP responses and Best and Final Presentations.

+ Skilled in using PC applications including Excel, Word PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
