We are looking for an experienced UX product designer with strong visual design skills who will be instrumental in advancing flagship SaaS desktop web products in our Financial Solutions line of business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing product UIs that help users glean insights from data.


  • Ideation: Facilitate the product teams ideation and discovery process by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking-up user experiences for digital products.
  • Product Design: Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core functions and features, as well as new ones.
  • Design System: Use our atomic design system to create UX solutions that are intuitive, user-centric, consistent, and logical. Participate in maintaining, adapting, and extending our design system.
  • Communicating Design: Articulate design decisions and trade-offs to partners and clients, both verbally and visually.
  • Translation: Translate ideas and customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with: business owners; stakeholders; and Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth design process from conception to launch.
  • Take smart risks and champion new ideas.


  • 7+ years of visual and user experience design for digital products.
  • Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS, and the like is a must.
  • Strong visual design ability.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, UX research, usability, and accessibility.
  • Experience with creating and/or utilizing design systems.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level digital SaaS products.
  • Experience simplifying complex data and analytics. Experience with financial data is a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients with different work styles, tempos, and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, but also independently and self-manage.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Willingness to help teammates and learn from them.
  • Openness to receive and give feedback and constructive critiques.
  • Passion for all things UX, including industry design trends and technology innovations.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
