As the Vice President of Marketing for US Aesthetics, you will be responsible for leading teams to develop, implement, and execute marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term strategic and financial objectives. You will directly lead the drive for sales and market share growth of our toxin, fillers, NEOCUTIS portfolio products, and Ultherapy. Reporting directly to the President, Region North America, the VP of Marketing will oversee internal marketing communications and product marketing teams and collaborate cross functionally especially with Merz Aesthetics field sales team. You will play a significant role in shaping the companys strategic planning and ensuring that the Marketing departments activities contribute to our companys long-term success.


  • Take responsibility for annual brand plan marketing, strategy and the team

  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team

  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads

  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports

  • Partner with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies

  • Manage marketing budget, expenditures, and annual and long-range forecasting

  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies

  • Build long term relationships with employees, KOLs, and other stakeholders


  • A BA degree

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role

  • 10+ Years experience, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharma fields

  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

  • Successful customer interactions through proven success in marketing, brand activation, social media and communication across multiple channels

  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
