Be part of the Division management team by understanding and managing the sales role in achieving the division\u0027s revenue, profit and retention goals. \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our \u003Cstrong\u003ECORE\u003C/strong\u003E values: \u003Cstrong\u003EInsightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, \u0026 Social Responsibility.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAttain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within required product mix.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage the Area\u0027s NSE, direct and indirect selling and set-up expense budget objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInsure that all regions utilize the SIS and implement an audit procedure to insure compliance, where appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare a business plan to identify how the Area/Regions will achieve the assigned sales goals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare a Monthly Situation Report following the designated format established the DVP-Sales.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablish a Prospective Business Report or Master Prospect List accurately forecasting accounts that will close.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with direct reports to implement the Business Plan for the area and each region.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMeet monthly with each Regional Sales Executive to review sales and expense performance while assessing the coaching, counseling, motivation and leadership skills of each Regional Sales Executive.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EObtain from sales management written action plans that will improve the performance of sales personnel who are under desired quota levels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide coaching, counseling and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview Corporate lead generating activities by region, and determine region\u0027s results. Feedback results and suggestions to the Division Vice President, Sales and Marketing.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBring to the attention of Sales and Marketing the needs of the marketplace.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInput to Major Accounts Sales Operations what issues need to be addressed, and recommend solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for human resource management activities for the Area such as the maintenance of proper staffing levels, attainment of desired employee retention rates, harmonious employee relations, monitoring performance management plans, and incorporating excellent employee communication channels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInsures that quarterly communication meetings are conducted by Sales Management in each region.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor the quality of execution of other communication vehicles such as the Employee Opinion Survey.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans to ensure that career pathing opportunities are communicated to all levels of sales personnel as well as building for future strength.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssures that Divisional EEO/Affirmative Action Plans and goals are attained through pro-active involvement in the recruiting, selection and promotion process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBS in Marketing or Business Administration.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E8 \u002B years total sales experience plus substantial senior sales management experience, with a proven ability to manage a large sales team. Is recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability.
