Responsibilities

Perspecta is seeking a Web Content Administrator in support of its U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) program.

Our desired candidate possesses a well-rounded background in content management, including review editing, formatting and posting.

This role provides interface support to the USCGAs Admissions and Public Affairs departments for web governance administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the USCGAs contract Web Administrator while reporting directly to the USCGAs contract Program Manager
  • Creation and documentation maintenance of applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Administration support of the USCGAs social media presence
  • Support and administration of the USCGAs Content Management System (CMS) for web site publishing
  • Adherence to the visual identity guide for compliance including design schemes, content structure and graphic layout
  • Reporting and statistical analytics support
  • General administration for design and content currency of the USCGAs internal portal
  • Support to the Cadet Blog Club Advisor for program content review and posting
  • Ticket queue management for respective department incidents and work orders

Qualifications

Requires 0 to 2 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years no degree.
