About the Role

As a Website Analyst, you identify opportunities to optimize our website for conversion rate and essentially, serve our customers better. We provide a great runway for you to execute on these findings and help drive company strategy. A successful Website Analyst will thrive in this entrepreneurial environment amidst a mature industry using a healthy mix of creativity, strong business analytics, critical thinking, and leveraging industry best practices.

You Will

  • Work with robust website and customer behavioral data to provide recommendations for site enhancements
  • Own site analytical insights and reporting for Website product team
  • Help champion a testing culture that allows for continual optimization of the online experience
  • Take the analytical lead on site related projects to define KPIs and scope a roadmap for learnings
  • Provide on-going communication of site initiative performance across departments
  • Learn to apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to glean actionable insights.

You Have

  • 1-2 years of related eCommerce analytical experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization
  • High attention to detail with a conviction for accuracy
  • Experience with Google Analytics (required), programming languages of R or Python (a plus), and with predictive modeling/advanced analytics (a plus)
  • A burning desire to learn and be impactful
