Job Description
The BoseHR Technology team supports a global footprint across Bose delivering new functionality through system configuration, updates, dashboards and reports to support valuable insights to executives and managers, delivery of education and training and support of the core processes such as infrastructure and system audits. The Workday Applications team within HR Technology provides the guidance and support to deliver valuable functionality to the business such as Talent Planning, Performance, Merit and Bonus, Payroll, Expense and Recruiting .

Workday HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a skilled individual that can join the Workday Applications team to support and enhance the current Workday platform.

Responsibilities

Maintaining current processes and configuring new functionality to support the business.

Build and leverage extensive Workday knowledge, with an emphasis on configuration and reporting - to lead design, development and communication/training to the Centers of Excellence and global employee/manager base.

Skills

Must have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated

Team player- develop strong working relationships with team and across HR

Mature communication skills (written and oral) with technical and nontechnical colleagues.

Proven track record in documenting functional specs.

Experience in all phases of technology implementation life cycle.

Demonstrated effectiveness in delivery and support of global technology

Conversant in key technology concepts including:

HR Technology strategy

Reporting/dashboards

Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration and reporting

Experience testing and supporting at least 2 Workday upgrades

Research new releases and upgrades providing recommendations regarding their use by the organization

Experience:

5 or more years in a fast paced HRIS environment

3 or more years supporting SaaS model of HR Technology

3 years of successful HRIS analyst experience

Lead role - end to end - in a functional area of a Global HRIS implementation

Education:

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business or Human Resources.

This individual should have experience with Workday business processes and reporting. Strong analytical and project management skills are required.
