About the Role: The "Hunter" Wanted
Are you the person who loves winning? We are looking for an Entry-Level Account Executive with a high "Sales IQ" and a competitive engine. This isn't a "sit-and-wait" role. You will be a pure hunter, responsible for scouting new territory, winning the business, and then coaching those clients through a long-term relationship.
- Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days in the office for team collaboration; 2 days remote to execute your game plan.
- Training: Sales training provided, no previous experience required.
- The Payoff: A solid base salary to get you started, plus uncapped commissions—if you put up the numbers, there is no limit to what you can earn.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Blitz: Aggressively prospect for new business through phone outreach and local territory "boots on the ground" visits.
- Close the Deal: Lead one-on-one meetings with business owners to present solutions that save them time and money.
- Relationship Management: Once you win the account, you own it. You are the MVP for your clients, managing their needs for the life of the relationship.
- Internal Teamwork: Coordinate with our logistics and support teams to ensure your clients get world-class service every time.
Qualifications
- Communication: You can talk to anyone, from the loading dock to the C-suite.
- Mobility: A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
- Internal Drive: You are self-motivated and don't need a coach to tell you when it's time to practice or perform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sports Minded: Experience in organized sports, coaching, or a highly competitive environment. We value the discipline and resilience that comes from the field.
- Sales Instinct: Previous sales experience (retail, internships, or door-to-door) is a plus, but we will train the right attitude.
