Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.

- Communicate effectively with corporate departments
- Sales forecast
- Making work flow efficient
- Final authority over all inventory
- Analyze financial results
- Monthly reports
- Set branch goals
- Monthly review of critical numbers w/ branch employees
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 5 years branch management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
