Overview

The Director of Locker Room Services leads to club experience in the areas of Locker Rooms, on course beverage & snack operations while assisting Golf Shop Operations and Grill Room service. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of the members and guests of Sycamore Hills Golf Club.

Essential Responsibilities

*Responsible for providing personal world-class service and attention to members and guests utilizing all locker room services.

*Responsible for daily management of beverage station and snack stations.

*Provide a clean and sanitary environment in locker rooms throughout the day.

*Clean and maintain shoes of members and their guest.

*Responsible for maintaining records for shoe care compensation in the form of lump sum payments and daily tipping.

*Responsible for purchasing, receiving and issuing of shoe, toiletry and linen supplies within financial guidelines of the Club.

*Responsible for security of locker rooms, locker and locker keys.

*Will lead reaching out to members with guests concerning guest lockers, possible gifts for lockers and/or personal notes for lockers.

*Will work in conjunction with Clubhouse staff to service members and guests food & beverage needs while on the golf course.

*Hiring and training hourly support staff for the Locker Room.
