Description
Are you passionate about creating a seamless experience for new hires? Join us as an Onboarding Specialist, where you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process and collaborate with Recruiting Teams, Global Security, local HR, and other key stakeholders. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!As an Onboarding Specialist in our HR team, you will play a vital role in managing the onboarding experience for new hires. You will ensure transactions are completed with high accuracy and positive candidate engagement. Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to key initiatives and projects.
Job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring transactions are completed timely with high accuracy and positive candidate experience.
- Perform root cause analysis on escalations and collaborate with Recruiting Teams, Global Security, local HR, and other key stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Manage new hire progress by keeping Recruiters and Hiring Managers informed of any issues, including impacts on start dates.
- Maintain deep familiarity with HR policies and standards, applying a risk and control mindset when onboarding employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide solutions for a better hiring process.
- Perform audit checks through a strong understanding of JP Morgan and vendor applications and reports.
- Contribute to key initiatives and projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Excel (e.g., data manipulation, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint/Access.
- Ability to effectively prioritize customer needs and build a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to balance work to ensure deadlines are met.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Additional language skills.
- Knowledge of background screening processes, recruitment, or human resources.
