Description
ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital Los Angeles is seeking a Facilities Technician to join our growing team!Job Summary:
In the facilities role, you can expect to perform a variety of essential cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment within the hospital. Responsibilities include washing and stocking laundry, sweeping and mopping floors, and regularly cleaning restrooms, common areas, and patient facilities. You will be required to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Additional duties involve managing waste disposal, checking and cleaning drains, and maintaining the cleanliness of windows, sidewalks, and parking areas. You will also conduct regular perimeter checks of the facility and respond to requests from staff for assistance. This position may require evening and weekend shifts, with a schedule of Monday through Friday and rotating weekends.
Compensation - $21/hr

Key Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

- Willingness to respond positively to requests from staff and work effectively with others.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
