Job Description:
This job is responsible for a variety of services to Bank of America employees and clients while traveling on the company aircraft. Key responsibilities include preparation and execution of cabin service to all passengers ensuring a safe and pleasant flight. Job expectations include knowledge of all cabin safety and emergency procedures.
Travels worldwide on corporate aircraft & performs the duties of a Flight Attendant. Responsible for all levels of cabin service. Ensures that the highest level of safety and service are achieved as they relate to passenger & cabin safety, medical requirements, meal service and special requests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide cabin safety support, including emergency aircraft briefings, emergency response, etc.
- Provide for the care and comfort of passengers traveling on the corporate aircraft.
- Plan and procure creative meals that meet strict dietary needs and ensure that adequate commissary supplies and food are stored before every flight.
- Excellent CRM skills, the ability to work both independently and in a crew environment, ability to establish priorities and solutions related to passenger service as well as office-in- the-sky capabilities onboard the aircraft.
- Perform collateral duties as required.
- Thorough knowledge of the operation of all cabin systems and appliances and ensure their appropriate condition and function for flight.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Flight Attendant (preferred Corporate Aviation - Part 91 experience)
- Certified Flight Attendant Training at accredited organization (Medaire, Flight Safety international, FACTS)
- Proficiency/currency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical-related training.
- Experience in large cabin corporate aircraft cabin service, catering & food preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact comfortably with senior level executives to establish and maintain control of the cabin environment.
- Ability to travel on long-duration international flights.
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport
- Must be located within Charlotte, NC within 75 minutes of the Charlotte airport OR willing t o relocate within 75 minutes of the Charlotte airport
