Position Summary
We’re looking for a Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate contributes to company goals by communicating effectively, installing quality work, and always treating customers and their homes with respect. The Foreman functions as a working supervisor—leading an installation crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll be responsible for the overall progress and quality of assigned projects.

Duties / Requirements
Partner with installation crew members to complete assigned projects, ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed
Coach and train installation crew members on proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment
Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working order
Drive and operate heavy equipment as needed on job sites
Track scheduled maintenance of equipment and notify manager if service is due
Clean and maintain equipment after use
Perform minor repair work as needed
Oversee your own workflow and that of installation crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
Assess site conditions, plan task sequencing, and allocate workload accordingly
Adapt to changing job conditions and troubleshoot on-site challenges to maintain quality and schedule
Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure understanding and satisfaction
Deliver 5-star customer service in all customer interactions
Provide required paperwork and contact information to customers upon job completion
Communicate with Operations Manager, other Construction Foreman, and Production Department regarding job details and any issues
Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
Lift a minimum of 60 lbs
Work in confined spaces (crawling, kneeling, crouching as required)
Stand for extended periods
Carry, climb, pull, sit, and stoop as needed
Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Work Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of construction experience (foundation or waterproofing preferred)
Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience
Knowledge of safety protocols and heavy equipment procedures
Ability to remain seated or stationary while operating equipment for prolonged periods
Strong oral communication and basic writing skills
Experience using mini excavators, helical piers, and similar equipment
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable daily transportation to the base office
Strong work ethic and dependability
Heavy equipment certification a plus
