Position Summary
We’re looking for an Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate contributes to company goals by communicating effectively, delivering quality work, and treating customers and their homes with respect. As an Installer, you’ll work closely with your Foreman and teammates to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while learning proper installation techniques and growing your skills within the company.

Duties / Requirements
Work toward completion of daily projects by performing assigned tasks while ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed
Follow directions assigned by the Foreman to bring jobs to completion efficiently, safely, and with quality
Develop and expand knowledge of proper handling of materials and tools, as well as approved methods of waterproofing and foundation repair
Assist the Foreman and teammates with ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are properly loaded into trucks
Communicate with the Foreman throughout the job to aid customer understanding and enhance satisfaction with the final result
Deliver 5-star customer service in all interactions with customers
Communicate with the Foreman, Operations Manager, and Production team regarding job details and escalate concerns or issues as needed
Maintain regular and punctual attendance; ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed
Physical Requirements
Lift a minimum of 60 lbs
Work in confined spaces that may require crawling, kneeling, or crouching
Stand for extended periods of time
Carry, climb, pull, sit, and stoop
Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Talk, hear, walk, and maintain visual acuity for reading, preparing, and proofreading data
Work Experience / Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of construction experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Experience using power tools
Ability to read and understand plans or blueprints
Effective verbal communication and listening skills
Legible and accurate written communication
Ability to perform physically demanding work and follow direction
Job Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to the base office daily
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Mature, trustworthy, and dependable
Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
