Position Summary
The J. M. Tull School of Accounting in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia, is seeking applications for one or more non-tenure-track, faculty positions in accounting, at the Lecturer rank beginning in the Fall 2026 semester, with an expected starting date of August 1, 2026.

The position is renewable based on performance, and promotion to Senior Lecturer is possible after six years of service. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Qualified candidates should have a background that includes teaching accounting at the college/university level, and evidence of significant professional history. Preference will be given to candidates with strong communication skills and the potential for excellent teaching. An ability to teach financial accounting and taxation in particular and also other areas of accounting is highly desired.
