We are currently looking for a Loss Adjuster to join our busy, expanding Wellington team. The role covers the area in Wellington and surrounding areas. The role would suit applicants based in any location within this region. This is an exciting and dynamic position helping people and businesses who have suffered loss or damage to their buildings or property. It involves assessing damage on-site, establishing costs, facilitating repairs and a high level of communication with all parties.

- Ability to be flexible for the business to respond to customers' needs
This role would suit those with experience in the
- Insurance sector
- Trade background - building sector, mechanical or engineering
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assess, scope and cost damage to domestic and commercial property claims.
- Liaising with customers who have suffered a loss and need support through the claim process.
- Working with brokers and insurer partners
- Facilitating the settlement of insurance claims involving analysing cause of losses, reporting to insurers, dealing with contractors and other suppliers, agreeing repair scopes and costs, agreeing quantum of claims, communication with customers and all involved parties.
