We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including a full time 3-day work week schedule:
Weekend Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (Fri, Sat, Sun) 20% shift differential
- Training on 1st or 2nd shift for up to 6 months before transitioning to your assigned shift
$3,000 one-time spot bonus after completing your first month on weekends

How You Will Make an Impact
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment such as presses, coaters, slitters, conveyors, wastewater systems, and thermal oxidizers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Learn manufacturing processes and equipment to understand system functionality and performance needs
- Support production through proactive and reactive maintenance activities
- Maintain interior and exterior facility areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks in collaboration with Production and Engineering
- Coordinate wastewater treatment plant operations to meet production demands and reporting requirements
- Participate on Manufacturing teams, Safety Committees, or serve as a designated on‑call contact for security or fire alarm response, as needed
Knowledge and Expertise That Matter Most
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or a related skilled trades field
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance, in compliance with our U.S. Government contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a regulated manufacturing environment
