Multi-Media Account Executive Washington Area Adams MultiMedia is seeking a driven, self-motivated Multi-Media Account Executive to manage existing client accounts and actively prospect for new business throughout the greater Skagit and Snohomish counties. This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who enjoys building relationships and closing deals. You will work directly with local business owners to understand their marketing goals and target audiences, then develop and sell customized advertising solutions that combine the impact of print with results-driven digital strategies. Success in this position comes from consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to identify opportunities that help clients grow their business. What Youll Need to Succeed: A strong sales mindset with a passion for exceeding revenue goals. Ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business Confidence managing a sales pipeline and maintaining long-term client relationships Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize sales activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort meeting with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in person. Basic knowledge of digital advertising strategies, or a willingness to learn and grow. A reliable vehicle, valid insurance, and a good driving record are required.
