Contributes to the operation of the company's internal data communications systems. Establishes and maintains network performance utilizing technical experience to analyze and troubleshoot network problems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares review analysis, capacity planning and recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processes
• Contributes in escalation services for network related mission critical systems on a rotational basis
• Maintains network infrastructure hardware including ongoing software/firmware patches and upgrades
• Conducts network architecture design, viability and cost studies
• Analyzes and maintains network health monitoring and notification tools
• Provides review analysis, capacity planning and enhancement recommendations of the existing network infrastructure and related security processes
• May lead project implementation

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with end user issues
• Demonstrated technical experience
• Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
• Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
• Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Cisco & Mist Wireless Technologies Cisco Routing & Switching
  
  Palo Alto Firewalls Zscaler ZPA, ZIA, ZCC
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing new systems and tools
• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
• Advanced analytical skills
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Experience identifying and implement process improvements
