WHAM has a great opportunity for you! We are looking for summer interns. Qualified candidates should also be planning and preparing for a job in news. We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated students who are looking to get the most out of their internship experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Currently enrolled as a college student
• Journalism, Communications, or a related degree preferred
• Interested in pursuing a career in news

We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated students who are ready to immerse themselves in a dynamic newsroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and take the next step toward a successful career in news.

The base hourly compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
