Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office 365 Administrator to support a Business Technology team. In this role, you will maintain and optimize the Office 365 environment to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable collaboration across the organization. You will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to manage user accounts, improve system performance, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and compliance.
What You Will Do
Administer and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Manage user accounts, licenses, and security settings through Entra, Azure Portal, and Active Directory
Administer third-party email security systems
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability
Plan and execute Office 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with minimal disruption
Implement and manage data lifecycle and compliance policies
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy effective technology solutions
Provide technical support and user training to improve adoption and productivity
Support cybersecurity efforts including log monitoring, incident response, and digital forensics
Stay current on Office 365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
What You Need to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of experience administering Office 365 environments
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Portal, and Entra
Experience with Office 365 migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Active Directory
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
