Job Summary
The Operations Integrator is responsible for integrating advanced data and intelligence systems into operational environments, enhancing situational awareness, and supporting mission effectiveness through stakeholder collaboration, system modernization, and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Integrate advanced technologies into Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operating Picture (COP) systems to support collaboration and operational needs.
Modernize CIP/COP systems to improve decision-making and situational awareness.
Provide expertise in system integration and deliver training to enhance operational readiness.
Develop and manage use cases for advanced systems in coordination with stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and implement tailored solutions.
Align technical solutions with organizational objectives and operational goals.
Conduct training sessions and provide technical support for integrated systems.
Lead integration efforts of advanced platforms with existing operational tools.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure clarity and success of initiatives.
Provide updates, gather feedback, and continuously improve system integration and training efforts.

Required Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on experience with advanced data platforms and integration tools.
Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating advanced analytics systems with command and control environments.
Background in data analytics and artificial intelligence applications in operational settings.
Familiarity with modernization of intelligence and operational systems.
Experience delivering user training and providing technical support for complex platforms.
