Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager for Deposits 2.0, you will be at the forefront of redefining our core deposit platform, driving transformative change across the organization. You will challenge assumptions, reimagine traditional account and deposit models, and lead product decisions that require significant architectural innovation and deep cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role means balancing visionary thinking with operational excellence-moving quickly, making data-driven decisions, and inspiring teams around a compelling product vision, all while maintaining empathy for customers and stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Operations, and Data teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality products.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, security, and operational standards.
- Mentor and coach product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Utilize data, experimentation, and rapid iteration to inform decisions and drive product improvements.
- Communicate product vision, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, embracing new ideas and technologies to solve complex problems and deliver breakthrough solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience leading agile teams and scaling design, engineering, and analytics capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of using data to drive product direction.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Track record of owning and delivering multiple complex, high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or platform product management.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
