DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and success of the company's product offerings. This role involves defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.

This role will report to regional manager

As the Product Manager, you will:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Duties and responsibilities 2
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and launch products.
• Present product updates and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure product positioning meets customer expectations and market needs.
• Provide product training and enablement to sales and marketing teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a related role
• Experience in software, technology, or SaaS industries preferred
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships
• Technical understanding of software and cloud-based solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
