As a Product Manager in JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team , you will be accountable for the firmwide strategy, stability, and evolution of the Shared Drive product, which supports critical business workflows across the enterprise. This role owns the product vision and execution for a highly operationalized platform, used daily across all lines of business.

While the Product Manager role is senior and strategic in nature, it also requires hands‑on product leadership, balancing long‑term modernization initiatives with day‑to‑day delivery, operational oversight, and incident engagement. Success in this role requires deep cross‑functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams. The candidate must also exhibit strong vendor management, and the ability to lead a high‑volume product space with precision and discipline.

Job responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic direction and roadmap for the Shared Drive product, balancing reliability, scalability, security, and modernization.
• Identify and prioritize key initiatives to improve platform health, user experience, and operational efficiency at enterprise scale.
• Partner with senior stakeholder leadership across the firm to align Shared Drive strategy with business needs and enterprise technology direction.
• Balance long‑term roadmap delivery with near‑term operational demands.
• Maintain ownership of end‑to‑end delivery for Shared Drive product enhancements, from ideation through production release.
• Oversee a structured book of work, including feature delivery, remediation efforts, technical debt reduction, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure disciplined execution through JIRA, including backlog creation, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
• Drive improvements to UAT processes, release readiness, and validation standards to increase quality and reduce risk.
• Partner closely to define requirements, validate designs, coordinate delivery, and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, resilience, reliability, and scalability strategies.
• Ensure operational learnings (incidents, outages, performance issues) are translated into actionable product improvements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 7+ years leading enterprise‑scale platforms or infrastructure‑adjacent products, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services as they relate to content, storage, and operational efficiency (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Proven ability to operate effectively under high demand and competing priorities, making clear tradeoffs when necessary
