Due to continuous growth, we have a newly created opportunity for a Remuneration Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the Remuneration and Organisational Design Manager and working with the wider Rem Team, the purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality remuneration insights and support across a complex, evolving business. You will play a key role in the
remuneration and organisational design function, providing analytics, reporting, and data governance that shape ASC's reward approach.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, improving systems and processes, and translating information into clear insights. You will work closely with People & Culture, Payroll and business stakeholders, contributing to ASC's annual remuneration review, job architecture framework, and broader organisational projects.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver remuneration analytics and insights that support annual review cycles, pay equity assessments and market benchmarking.
Maintain organisational data including job titles, structures and classification levels aligned to our job architecture framework.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and workforce metrics.
Conduct data audits and uphold strong data governance practices across HRIS and Payroll systems.
Support HRIS configuration, testing and data work related to remuneration and organisational structures.
Contribute to remuneration and organisational design projects, including BAU processes and cross-functional initiatives.
Provide clear, data-driven insights and advice to stakeholders across the business.
You will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and experience working with people-related systems and datasets. You can translate complex data into simple insights, work collaboratively and support operational and strategic work within a fast moving environment.
This role requires the successful candidate to have tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, IT or a related discipline, along with expertise in remuneration analytics or reward focused roles.
The role also demands advanced Excel capability and experience managing complex datasets, as well as familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, including data extraction and reconciliation. Candidates should be knowledgeable in job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer CED or Korn Ferry, and have experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks or analytical models. Strong data governance knowledge and an understanding of secure data handling practices are essential, together with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. Whilst we will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
