Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting reporting and analysis, to minimize credit and operating losses and to bring operational efficiency to manual processes.
Job expectations include assisting team efforts to manage risk to Bank and advising client teams regarding their clients who are financially challenged, in bankruptcy or needing blocked accounts.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Manage team reporting, both routinely and ad hock.
- Monitor and respond to team mailbox and escalating as needed.
- Associate will support the Risk Analysis Sr Managers on the team during bankruptcies and client risk reviews.
- Perform blocked account risk reviews.
- Provide ARM requests for the team when new system access is needed.
- Attend Monday learning calls for the team and provide details to the team if there are any product changes or other risk topics that we would need to be made aware of.
- Champion operational excellence, utilizing Co-Pilot, Excel macros and other allowable AI tools to make processes more efficient
- Participate in projects as required.
- Supports the development and execution of reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Co-Pilot, Excel, SharePoint that should be utilized to bring efficiencies into role and existing processes
- Project management experience, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in banking or professional setting
- Strong analytical and project management skills; attention to detail; ability to drive projects to conclusion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, prioritize workflow and deliver results under pressure and within time constraints
- Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesis information and summarize key themes and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo
- Self-starter, motivated and reliable
Desired Qualifications:
- Work experience in Credit/Risk, Treasury Sales, Product and/or Servicing
- Technology saavy with coding ability
- Intellectually curious, ability to think outside the box
- Ability to develop executive level presentations
