Job Summary
The Security Cooperation Logistician provides logistical planning and coordination support for regional security cooperation initiatives and international defense programs. This role supports training operations, equipment management, and mission execution by coordinating personnel, transportation, and resources. The position involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations and alignment with strategic objectives across multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage logistical support for training programs, security initiatives, and operational activities.
Organize transportation and movement of personnel and equipment to support mission requirements.
Prepare and maintain training and equipment documentation and tracking systems.
Manage logistics-related financial processes, including documentation and approvals.
Ensure compliance with international travel, clearance, and operational requirements.
Support deployment and coordination of training teams and operational units.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
Monitor and track equipment, personnel, and mission progress using designated systems.
Provide logistical support for field operations and international engagements.
Maintain accurate records and reporting related to logistics and operational activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or military support roles.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
Effective communication skills, including proficiency in a second language when required.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting operational or strategic-level logistics activities.
Background in coordinating training programs or international operations.
Familiarity with logistics tracking systems and operational tools.
Experience working in multinational or interagency environments.
Additional Requirements
Ability to obtain required security clearance.
Willingness to travel and support field operations as needed.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
