We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh, as a Client Executive in our European client team. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Understand the Energy & Power risk landscape through both a traditional oil & gas lens, all the way through to servicing those clients who are already well underway on their own Energy transition.
• Understand Energy & Power clients' strategic business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs, and provide advice accordingly, to successfully serve the client as their risk advisor of the future.
• Responsibility for driving growth initiatives, including suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects; as well as prospecting for new clients.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver innovative renewal and placement strategies.
• Have deep market relationships to provide informed advice to clients including conducting market negotiations.

• Energy & Power experience including construction and operational risks
• Client and/or market facing experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and collaborates effectively with others - a team player
