Position Title: Senior Fuse Instructor
What You'll be Owning
- Responsible for developing, tailoring, delivering, guiding, updating, and maintaining basic- to advanced-level multi-INT fusion, activity-based intelligence analysis (FUSE) training.
- Must have experience in fusing information and intelligence, including geo-spatial, to find, analyze, and track targets, reacquire those that have "gone dark" in certain technical respects, gain deeper insights into targets and areas of interest, and inform and enhance intelligence work, products, reports, and actions.
- Additional background within the past 10 years as a certified instructor, professor, teacher, adjunct instructor, or comparable experience, is preferred.
- Work independently with minimal oversight, leveraging all available resources to develop student materials, guides, and problem/answer sets, with continuous evaluation to ensure relevance in a rapidly evolving analytic environment.
- Communicate effectively with instructors and students to deliver course material, foster an engaging classroom environment, explain technical concepts, and provide clear guidance for resolving complex analytic problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for curriculum feedback and performance metrics.
- Apply lessons learned to continuously improve course effectiveness and relevance.
- Plan, organize, and deliver curriculum to maximize students learning experience.
- Monitor course technical requirements and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating issues; possess strong knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) tools, their data applications, and the advantages and limitations of various tools and tradecraft relative to mission needs.
- Collaborate with military, government, and commercial technicians to resolve hardware and software issues, including opening and managing support tickets.
- Train users on network resources, respond to user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
- Work effectively in team environments with strong communication and collaboration skills, while also demonstrating the ability to take direction and work independently as required.
What You Must Have
- Active TS Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a poly
- 5+ years experience with IC enterprise, tools, techniques, and applications
- 5+ years experience with technical writing, curriculum development
- 5+ years experience in delivering instruction
- Proficient in the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and others
- Ability to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS) as required (up to 25%)
What Would be Nice to Have
- Active TS/SCI with poly
- 10+ years experience in intelligence analysis and production
- 10+ years experience with IC systems, tools, tradecraft, and networks, supporting, and optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links
- 10+ years experience Windows Operating Systems
- Teaching Certification/Master Training Specialist (MTS)/Small Group Instructor (SGI)/Instructor Trainer (IT) or Equivalent
- Bachelors Degree
