Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now & BMC Helix Integration and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and align with company goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure architecture. - Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team for BMC Helix and Service Now.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions for BMC Helix and ServiceNow
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure performance.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Lead the implementation of Service Now solutions to streamline IT service management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Capability development through coaching, training, and user adoption programs for infrastructure tools, BMC Helix, and ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead organization wide disaster recovery strategy, testing cycles, and resilience improvements to support business continuity mandates.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation across infrastructure and ITSM operations to enhance service quality and operational maturity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designed and deployed infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Led the development, standardization, and lifecycle management of infrastructure architecture.
• Manage the transformation from BMC Helix to Service Now tool
• Provided technical leadership and guidance to IT teams for solution delivery and operations.
• Collaborated with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Evaluated and recommended new technologies to enhance performance, automation, and efficiency.
• Ensured high levels of infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and architecture.
• Monitored system performance, identified risks, and resolved infrastructure issues proactively.
• Led implementation and optimization of ServiceNow to streamline IT service management workflows.
• Ensured adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security policies.
• Delivered end user training and support on infrastructure tools and technologies.
• Participated in disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous readiness improvements.
• Championed continuous improvement initiatives to modernize infrastructure operations and best practices.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• ITIL Foundation Certification
Salary Range: >$100,000
