Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting Bank information systems, confidential and proprietary
data, and customer information. Cyber Security technology function is responsible of development and maintenance
of security products across Bank of America. Team works on various security products and develops in-house
products.

Job Description

This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
• Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
• Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
• Automates manual release activities
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

Requirements

• Education : B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/M.Sc./MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications (If Any) :NA
• Experience Range : 8+ Years

Foundational skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products, especially PingIDM.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement
provisioning.
• Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, PingDirectory).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, BPMN workflows, and OpenICF connectors.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired skills

• Certifications in Ping Identity technologies or IAM frameworks.
• Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
