Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

The Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting Bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. Cyber Security technology function is responsible of development and maintenance of security products across Bank of America. Team works on various security products and also develops in-house products.

Job Description

The individual will be part of Cyber Security technology GEN-AI team that are responsible for implementing large language models (LLMs) with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities, having expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data engineering to create highly accurate and contextually relevant generative AI solutions within the cyber security domain.

Responsibilities

• Writing and maintaining code , bug fixes ,lead & contribute to design discussions, investigating and resolving production issues , code review, develop frameworks and work with development manager to lead the development team.

Requirements

• Education : B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/M.Sc./MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications (If Any) :NA
• Experience Range : 9+ Years

Foundational skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Good working experience with Kafka and Streaming technologies ( Apache Spark , Apache Flink and/or Kafka Streaming ) and/or Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
• Exposure to Kubernetes
• Ability to work and deliver in Agile and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills

Desired skills

• Exposure to NoSQL databases
• Exposure to Gen AI / AI / ML technologies
• Exposure to development with Cloud technologies
