Your analytical skills and tech-savviness will be pivotal in creating impactful solutions.As a Solution Analyst within our dynamic team, you will promote the Process Governance, operational excellence by analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable automations
Job responsibilities
- Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to pinpoint bottlenecks, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy robust Alteryx workflows that are modular, reusable, and production‑ready (with proper logging, error handling, and version control).
- Define and maintain process governance artifacts: standards, procedures, RACI, controls, and approval checkpoints.
- Apply AI/Gen AI to targeted use cases in process automation (e.g., document parsing, classification, summarization), following established risk, privacy, and quality guardrails.
- Create clear documentation (design specs, SOPs, runbooks) and deliver training for business users and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements; support periodic reviews and control testing.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven hands‑on experience building and deploying automated workflows in Alteryx (Designer and, ideally, Server/Gallery).
- Demonstrated ability to assess process inefficiencies and propose effective automation strategies
- Experience applying AI/GenAI in process automation contexts with attention to data quality, ethics, and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in process automation, process governance, or operational excellence roles.
- Exposure to process modeling and analysis , process mining, or task mining.
- Exposure to data lifecycle, metadata, and catalog concepts; understanding of lineage and governance practices.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/Gen AI to process automation use cases (e.g., document ingestion and extraction, classification/triage, summarization, conversational assistants).
- Familiarity with LLM solution patterns: prompt engineering.
