This is a critical role that requires a specific set of skills to ensure the successful delivery of our Open Banking roadmap.

Below are the key requirements we need the outsourcing companies to focus on:

* Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Project Management, specifically within the Financial Services or Fintech sector.
* Domain Expertise: Proven track record in delivering Open Banking projects.
* Local Market Knowledge: Prior experience with SAMA Open Banking Framework and regulatory approval processes is highly preferred.

* Technical Background: A strong technical foundation (APIs, Security protocols) is essential to bridge the gap between business and IT.
* Certification: Must be PMP certified.
