Job Description

As a Workday Associate Consultant (Business Analyst), you will support the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions across multiple modules. This role focuses on requirements gathering, functional configuration support, testing, documentation, and client interaction under the guidance of senior consultants.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Up to 2 years out of college
• Must have a bachelor's or master's degree

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated learner
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Support Workday implementations across one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Adaptive Planning, Financials, Payroll, Integrations)
• Participate in client or stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document business needs
• Assist with system configuration, business process framework setup, and security roles under senior consultant guidance
• Help with data validation, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and issue resolution
• Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials
• Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and enhancements
• Stay current on Workday releases, features, and best practices
