We are looking for students who are interested in exploring a career in a skilled industrial trade. We are currently hiring for our Industrial Electrician and Tool & Die Youth Apprenticeship Programs. Join our team and help build the world’s most sought-after motorcycles.
The Youth Apprenticeship (YA) develops technical and employability skills by combining in-classroom and on-the-job learning. The job responsibilities of a Youth Apprentice vary depending on the career pathway.
Program Framework:
Key Elements of the youth apprenticeship program are:
- Industry-developed skill standards
- Skilled mentors assigned to train youth apprentices
- Paid on-the-job work experience and related classroom instruction
- Performance evaluation of demonstrated competencies
Youth Apprentices must be willing and able to do the following:
- Work 15-20 hours per week during the school year.
- Maintain good attendance, punctuality and communication.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Enter and work in confined spaces and wear related PPE.
Pay Rate:
- $19.38/hour
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics to perform job-related calculations and to interpret mechanical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret job related documents.
- Ability to take direction and work under the guidance of industry professionals to gain hands-on skills.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Available to students who will be entering their Junior or Senior Year in the ’26-’27 school year
- Must complete a minimum of 450 hours between June 1st and August 31st of the following year.
- Must complete 2 semesters of related classroom instruction
- Candidates must be on track to graduate
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of start date
