Arcosa Shoring Products,,is seeking a 1st Shift Foremanfor ourUnion City, MIplant.Arcosa Shoring Productsmakes trench shoring equipment for the construction industry. Our dedicated team builds high-quality trench shields and shoring products that are made to last.

As a Foreman you will:

- Oversee day to day operations of the group in a production environment.
- Authority for personnel action.
- Trains and ensures safety of team members.
- Monitors schedule to accomplish manufacturing goals.
- Exercises independent judgment.
- Supervises workers on a single product line or straightforward conventional production operations.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.


• Ability to proficiently read blueprints.


• Ability to safely and efficiently perform all essential functions.

• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work within a teamwork & independent environment.


• Regular and predictable attendance.
