YOUR ROLE
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
- Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals
- Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
- Documents all activities in CRM tool (CAPRIS/ACE) and / or in the TCS Lab Requests database
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, similar lab based Scientific Degree, or previous
- Experience working with chemicals
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Statistical Software, knowledge of CAD
- Design software a plus
- Good Presentation Skills, both in person and remotely via Microsoft Team's
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Good Interpersonal Skills
