YOUR ROLE

• Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
• Works effectively on SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals
• Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
• Documents all activities in CRM tool (CAPRIS/ACE) and / or in the TCS Lab Requests database

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, similar lab based Scientific Degree, or previous
• Experience working with chemicals
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Statistical Software, knowledge of CAD
• Design software a plus
• Good Presentation Skills, both in person and remotely via Microsoft Team's
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
• Good Interpersonal Skills
