Assist in developing and implementing new sales programs and revising existing programs to enhance customer participation.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and issues. Serve as a liaison between Schaeffler, NAPA and their commercial installers to reconcile problems and to maintain a high degree of customer service and satisfaction.
Effectively communicate the sales and marketing programs of NAPA within the clutch category to enhance customer participation and gain market share.
Work with NAPA to answer and resolve product questions/problems and perform necessary follow up in a timely manner to ensure quality customer service.
Represent NAPA by providing representation to NAPA stores and their NAPA installers.
Perform sales and service activities to assist entire NAPA system to increase their clutch system market share through complete utilization of Schaeffler programs.
Communicate with NAPA information relating to market changes, problems and opportunities as they relate to Clutch Category, customer needs and overall market analysis.
Analyze customer needs and present value-added solutions by delivering effective sales presentations of the Schaeffler Products and Programs
Organize third-party sales statistics to determine areas of opportunity and create effective business development strategies to grow business

Qualified candidates:
University degree or equivalent experience
Proven sales and marketing track record, with at least 5 years of Automotive Aftermarket and/or Clutch and Bearing Experience preferred.
Exposure and good understanding of Quality Management and Marketing are also required.
