Account Management Representative

The Account Management Representative position is responsible for the activities related to retaining accounts. Person's in this role will perform daily activities such as handling cancellation requests, pricing reviews and pricing changes, and will proactively engage with new and/or larger clients to ensure service levels are being met to retain the account.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Positive, Can Do Attitude

* Ability to quickly identify clients' needs and provide viable resolutions

* Develop and maintain an understanding of all pricing models and the various pricing structures associated

* Ability to use Fast Analytics to determine the best pricing plan to meet the client's needs while managing profitability for Talus.

* Ensure a \u0026ldquo;saved\u0026rdquo; percentage of at least 65% of all cancelation requests handled

* Responsible for maintaining KPI's such as email and ticket response times

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Maintain reporting as directed by management

* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 3 year minimum inbound/outbound call center experience

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Must be detail oriented

* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite


* Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional client situations with empathy and compassion; Respond promptly to clients needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service levels; Respond timely to Client Service Representatives inquiries/requests for assistance; Meet commitments

* Initiative - Volunteer readily; Undertake self-development activities; Ask for and offer help when needed; Take independent action where appropriate

* Attendance - Consistently report to work on time/as scheduled; Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrive to meetings and other appointments timely

* Dependability - Follow instructions; Respond to leadership direction; Keep commitments

* Professionalism - Approach others in a tactful and engaged manner; React well under pressure; Treat others with respect and consideration

Job Type: Full Time Employee, Dallas, TX (in process of gradually returning to office for a hybrid schedule. Some days in office and some days work from home).
