Position performs a variety of support functions within the Facilities Management Department, including but not limited to administrative, secretarial, and office staff duties. Provides administrative support support for the Administrative Director, Director of Facilities, Facilities supervisors as well as other department leaders. Maintain and update calendars, create reports using Excel and Microsoft word, Manage vendor files as well as maintains various compliance documentation. Utilizes decision making and problem solving skills with sound judgment and discretion. Demonstrates a professional approach in interpersonal relationships with all staff and vendors and other duties as requested
