Description
  • Reports to the Director, Transfer Center. Coordinating management services for the specified location. Maintains responsibility for developing reports as pertinent to assigned program. Provides management, outcomes measurement, data analysis, and results reporting. Work requires independent discretion and judgment on general administrative functions, departmental services, and projects.

Responsibilities

Provides data management and research support by:

  • Building and maintaining research documentation and databases.
  • Documenting, consistently and within established guidelines, data collection results, and outcomes.
  • Develops, maintains, and distributes Transfer Center IQ Solutions Software (TCIQ) dashboards to Health System Stakeholders.
  • Contributing to and maintaining outcome/impact measurement information and data analysis.
  • Working effectively with diverse teams to draw together collaborative studies relative to multi and diverse target populations.
  • Participating in the data collection and analysis preparation of outcome reports and TCIQ reporting.
  • Completing data analysis and subsequent reports using the TCIQ software.
  • Maintains and updates the Teletracking library.
  • Maintains responsibility for program marketing support and information communication by:
  • Serving as a program team member to support the design and layout of flyers, educational materials, outreach data, and manuals.
Provides administrative assistance to the program team by:
  • Receiving and distributing mail and responding to routine information requests.
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies.
Coordinates and completes special projects as developed and assigned by:
  • Serving as a key member of assigned project operations.
  • Assisting in developing expenses and monitoring budgets for assigned projects.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts/strategies to promote the assigned project.
  • Participating in the evaluation and reporting.
  • Performs other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by:
  • Completing other job-related assignments and special projects as directed.
  • Keeping current with data processing software development, Internet applications, and general service programming.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate complies with the following organizational requirements:

  • Attends and participates in department meetings.
  • Completes mandatory education, annual competencies, and department-specific education within established time frames.
  • Completes annual employee health requirements within established timeframes.
  • Maintains license/certification and registration in good standing throughout the fiscal year.
  • Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certificates by position/department.
  • Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic technique to protect the patient and self.
  • Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process, and compliance.
  • Complies with established organization and department policies.
  • Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are typically acquired through the successful completion of an associate or baccalaureate degree with an emphasis in Business Management, Data Analytics or a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience working in an office setting utilizing database management, Teletracking, Internet and software applications, and organizational support.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Requires ability to use computing systems, database management systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
  • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational abilities necessary to coordinate comprehensive programs.
  • Demonstrates well-developed verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly and concisely relay information.
  • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients' cultural and age-appropriate sensitivity.
  • Requires the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under stressful conditions.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of outcomes measurement and results reporting.
  • Demonstrates practical skills to recognize and resolve issues diplomatically and tactfully.
